September

September is normally pretty uneventful but we did a lot this month!

I started it off by decorating for Fall.  We we decided to buy some Fall themed decorations because we didn't have much.  They make me so happy!

I took Bailey on a surprise date to go axe throwing.  I also secretly set up his BFFs Mike and Terra to meet us there.  We had such a fun time!

I took my Grandma Zina to see the quilt show at the Ashton Gardens.  So gorgeous!

Seiji has been making pickles and it's my favorite hobby of his yet.  I can't get enough!

I taught my students traditional Shibori dying techniques and we had so much fun!  I think the results are just beautiful!

I can't stop laughing at how many school pictures I have of myself.  It's a gesture of kindness, I understand, to give teachers these free prints.  But what am I supposed to do with all of these?

Seiji Kylie and Bailey have been helping me practice for art lessons and make some examples.  We had a printmaking night and I made this little Amsterdam scene!

We took a little trip to Strawberry Lake with my family to enjoy the fall colors.  We had so much fun spending time together and out in nature!

Bailey's mom is always involved in Lehi's Heritage Days.  We always enjoy participating in the event!

My mom wanted to go to the Soldier Hollow Classic Sheepdog Championships (so random!!) and we laughed at her but went and ended up having an awesome time!!  We would totally go again!

To enjoy the last of the fall leaves, we visited Cascade Springs with my family.  That place is a favorite of ours, and it was fun to show it to Warden!
