We got off the bus this morning and bought the cheap 10 kuai ponchos. They kept us dry for a little bit.
We went to the Pirates of the Caribbean ride and explored the pirate ships outside.
We also went to the castle! I love how you can go inside of it!
We left the park to eat lunch. The Cheesecake Factory did not disappoint! I ate the four cheese pasta and dang it was tasty. Check out our cute matching shirts!
We weren't looking forward to going back out in the rain, but mom bought us all souvenir ponchos that felt much more high quality.
The rest of the day was spent much dryer than the morning! Not just because of the ponchos, but also because the rain died down just a bit. After the super wet morning, lots of people left, so we found ourselves in short lines! Yay! We took the opportunity to ride Roaring Rapids. We thought "our shoes are already soaked from the morning, so why not?"
By then we had pretty much done everything we wanted to. So we decided to check out the ropes course. It was actually a lot of fun! I wish they let us take our phones or my camera!
During the dry moments of the day, we shed our ponchos for some pictures.
We decided to check out Captain Jack's Stunt Spectacular. We didn't even think about the fact that it would be in Mandarin! Haha we had no idea what was going on and it was very story based. But there were some cool stunts, and it was nice to be able to sit.
We stopped by the bakery for some adorable Mickey shaped treats, and continued our day in Tomorrowland. The lines were so short! We rode Tron THREE more times haha.
We also enjoyed the Buzz Lightyear ride again. Turns out, my mom is pretty good at that game so Bailey challenged her to a contest. Which was fun for me because I took the opportunity to just watch the ride and take pictures! It is super cute.
We were walking out of the park when we decided to walk in and meet Mickey Mouse. I mean, why not? I'm so glad we did because we got to watch two ADORABLE little girls meet him. They were so excited!! One was really shy but she couldn't help but hug Mickey. So cute.
And we were able to get a great matching shirt picture of the three of us, featuring the one and only Mickey Mouse! And with such a cute background!
What a perfect ending to a perfect day! And a perfect trip. We aren't looking forward to dropping mom off at the airport tomorrow morning!
